Reiki (Ray-kee) is a combination of two ancient words - Rei and Ki. Rei- meaning spiritually guided life force and Ki-meaning energy.

Reiki is a form of spiritual healing where "universal life energy - the life force which is within all living beings, is channeled from source - GOD to the practitioner on to the recipient. The practitioner merely acts as a conduit through which the energy travels.

Reiki harmonizes body, mind and spirit for practitioner and recipient alike.

Recipient relaxes, fully clothed, lying or seated while the Reiki master lays their hands gently on or near the body.

There is no pressure on the body making it ideal for treating all ages and conditions. The energy flows wherever it is needed (spiritually guided) and can normally be felt as a warm/cool sensation or tingling in the body. People often report an increase in intuitive abilities after a session.

Receiving & giving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience.
